Well, depending on whose here and what they want to do. Thinking Asia/Pacific friendly times and having a burn around in the some of the Copa cars as a one off, informal thing. Shout out below if you'd be up for it!
Sounds like a plan to me. I think maybe its time we put the word out to any of the AMSOZ and AMSunofficial guys out there to see if there is any interest at all. Im not stuck on the sim being AMS despite how much I enjoy it. Happy to give AC a run with some of the nice historic mods available for it if thats what people would prefer. I really should get back in contact with a local mate Tom who has been waiting for years to get some local racing going.
Now let me know what you think. Im personally pretty average at using the clutch properly in game so this is not me looking for an advantage here. But what I'm thinking is I would like to try running events with all aids off and even include slow towing back to pits. No more bansai laps where taking all ends of risks don't matter because you can escape back to pits. The number of people only running with 2 pedals is very low now days. I think it would be good to promote proper driving technique which replicates some of the real world care you need to take in the car. Thoughts?

I've learnt to heel-toe with flappy paddles, sequential shifter and h-pattern, so no skin off my nose. You can button clutch too (which is a pain off the line admittedly). Auto-clutch is the one I'm not fussed on, because if you don't have one, that's rough. Everything else off though, absolutely, unless it's period correct (00s F1 comes to mind). Tow to pits can be frustrating, but it is a risk/reward game. I'm game for what you've pitched, for sure.
The only reason I want it is so you can enable proper miss shifts without the whole delay thing in its place. It can be done in AMS so I'd like to run it. Really opens up some more passing opportunities when battling hard.
I haven't reached out to anyone yet. Need to clear this season of fvf and the Wednesdays ARW. What would be your preferred night of racing? Sunday is racedepartment night. Seems like every day is amsoz night. Wednesday is ARW but who knows if people will want another 6 months off like last time.
